Abstract

The study attempts to give a realistic image about the current statuses of NGOs by looking at the roles they presume and how affective they are and their affect on the development of human resources . furthermore the study looks at most vital problems and difficulties that between the NGOs and achieving their targets.
The importance of this analytical study arises from the increasing interest in NGOsand their vital role in the development of the society and aiding the government in withstanding the challenges of globalization . Alarge interest in NGOs has recently appeared in many researches ans studies conducted by national and international associations . the study presents methodological and theoretical analyisis of the role the NGOs in developing human resources depending on analyzing some of Studies and researches related to this subject .
