Perceived Self-efficacy and its Relation to Social Awareness and Organizational Affiliation among Students of The Kindergarten Department

Abstract

The research aims to identify: the relationship of perceived self-efficacy with social awareness and organizational affiliation among the students of the kindergarten department. The research sample consisted of (400) female students. The researcher prepared the self-efficacy measure consisting of (26) items and the social awareness measure consisting of (28) items, and the organizational affiliation measure consisting of (30) items divided into three components, the first component is the tendency of the student towards the section consisting of (10) items and the second component is compatibility of the student consisting of (12) items and the third component is continuity, consisting of (8) items, the researcher adopted the statistical program (SPSS ), The T-test of two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Kronbach and the T-test of one sample, the results showed a positive relationship between self-efficacy and the social awareness and self-affiliation.  Recommendations: 1. Activate the role of governmental and private universities in contributing to enhancing the perceived self-efficacy of students.  2- The role of the media in educating youth socially and information technology to serve the societyProposals: 1 – Doing a research on perceived self-efficacy and social awareness and their relationship to organizational affiliation on other samples (students of governmental and private scientific colleges). 2. Doing a research deals with self-efficacy variable and its relation to social persuasion among university students. 3. Doing a research deals with the effectiveness of a program in developing organizational affiliation among kindergarten teachers
