Abstract

The problem of the study in an attempt to identify the impact of the application of distinguished education on the principle of social justice policy, and moving the basic objectives of the study to identify the relationship between the social and economic levels and to choose the quality of education, and to identify the outstanding university education characteristics, and the future of access under this kind of university education , This is a descriptive study of analytical studies, which depends descriptive analytical method and comparative method approach of the study, and the study found a range of results; including:That distinguished education students have the economic and social levels high for normal university education students. That the most important reasons for enrollment to get a distinct educational service premium certificate.The study also found the importance of the continuation of the free and activated rather than make it just a slogan only, so as to ensure the enrollment of children of the poor university education.
