Abstract

Understanding the social, political, economic and cultural transformations experienced by the community, is the key to understanding the influential shifts in the Egyptian personality traits, hence the current study sought to detect features Stability and change in the Egyptian character, represented in the two periods historical periods is one of the most influential historical periods in personal : The first era seventies, a period after the defeat of 1967, the second era, a period after the revolution of 25 January
The study used the descriptive analytical approach through the development of physically based in Egyptian society, description, and analysis of Egyptian drama and stand up to the images in which the different features of the Egyptian character emerged, through content analysis tool as a challenge of ambiguity article and bias researcher by a large margin, and seek to draw conclusions.
The study found a range of results from the most important to Fahloh (Cowboy personality) and bullying are the skills and behaviors of opportunism which is not a new phenomenon in Egyptian society, where it began to emerge in the nineties of the twentieth century; as a result of economic and political factors, and because of an update of events and evolved turned into a bullying organization takes shape collectively and more organized, after the January 25 revolution; where the spread of the phenomenon of a leader who organizes a group of thugs under his command, all helped by the insecurity experienced by the country after the revolution.
In the context of the findings of the study of the results of the researcher recommended a number of recommendations including: the need for attention to the culture of the community and the need developed by the institutions concerned, and the need for attention to educational institutions, develop and instill values ​​in children from a young age, and that the media has a responsibility to draw a picture of the character normal with values and high principles and ethics.
