The problem of this study can be stated in the following question ; What is the role of The Talk Show Programs In Arab Channels and its relation with Political Attitudes For Kuwaiti University Students .An Applied Study?
Results:
The following results have been reached:
`Television is the most important and dangerous mean of the mass media that it affects citizens attitudes . the important role of T.V refers to the abilities to attract the viewers wherever , So that T.V played an important role in changing and forming the political culture and social development.
The importance of T.V appears in forming the political culture especially in elections time, On the other hand Kuwait faced many internal and external crisis since its independence , the most one of them was the invasion of Iraqi army in 1990 and what followed of challenges as construction and development
