Abstract

            This study aims to predicting the future concerning the execution of new population strategy 2015:2030 and how to achieve its goals, especially that one related to Social Justice, through reducing developmental variations between individuals, families, and regions. The study makes use of experts' opinions by applying Delphi policy priorities technique. It also uses statistics, and population and development reports, both national and international.
            Moreover,the research briefly discusses the interest of sociology in applying the principles of Social Justice. In addition, it presents a social demography of population strategy using literature review. It shows the various chances and challenges, and how to carry out population strategy and Social Justice according to experts'visions. The study stresses the necessity of purposeful executionof population strategy and Social Justice Requirements through development programs and projects.
