Obstacles in Enabling Arab Women

Obstacles in enabling Arab women, the aim of this study is to identify the main obstacles that led to the main obstacles that led to the weakness of women enablement initiatives. The definition of woman enablement requires participative self-development and freedom of choice.                                                                                           
This definition under intense scrutiny and skepticism of its efficacy as it focuses on individuals rather than the societal enablement that emphasizes reformation of political economical and societal aspects. As such this research paper focused on the developments of woman development taking the aspect in consideration at all levels while clarifying the role of civil societies and organizations in the pursuit along with recommendations on how to establish the social environment and awareness to nurture change.
