Determinants of Social Responsibility of the Employee A field study in some Service Governmental Institutions in Cairo

Abstract

 
       The Problem of The Study, is trying to detect the determinants and self, Institutional and community social responsibility, and monitor the positive and negative public image of the employee as perceived by the public Received, and in the framework of binding corporate culture, which is an extension of community culture. This study is a descriptive analytical studies, which carried out in some of government institutions: the General Tax Department, and the Ministry of Housing, health insurance, and Social Security. the sample available from the general public were (200), and about  30 cases employees. The study used questionnaire, interviews. It was kicked off the stakeholders approach ,from the moral perspective of social responsibility. And found that: 1. the social responsibility of the employees are an essential part of the social responsibility of government institution, and the mental image of the employee is the negative image of a mirror image of the mental image of the government institution, the institutional factors are responsible first for form this image. 2 - service institutions characterized by corporate culture negative ( red tape and complexity of procedures, lack of justice, stick to old, spread of  favoritism and nepotism at work , lack of transparency).
