Women Legends in Ancient Persian Literature

Abstract

This paper deals with the definition of legends and the image of goddess in ancient Persian literature. It aims to identify the stat as of the goddess and to which extent a lot of kings used to make use of them as shown in zorostrian texts that illustrate this. Students are interested in the legends researches concerned with supernatural powers, this power was sacred and strong in these goddess what ever they were women or men. The introduction of the research was about the legend and then it started to explain the goddess criteria and its impact on those who are all around her. Women goddess apeard in the research to show and explain the important role of goddess in ancient times and to which extent she was sanctify and the stories which were told about her. Then came the research conclusion dealing with consequences of it from women goddess value and her status throughout the ages.
