Abstract

The importance of research in the history of the Emirate of Shaalan comes from the importance of the role played by the Emirate in the early twentieth century and the role played by this emirate in the modern history in the north of the Arabian Peninsula and the political circumstances that accompanied the emergence of the Emirate in the region at a difficult time experienced by the Arab region. Where this emirate under the forces competed to extend its influence and Shaalan was able Through this conflict the establishment of their emirate in al-Jawf 1326 AH / 1908 AD in 1340 AH / 1921 AD, but this emirate could not continue for several reasons contributed to its fall. In order to preserve their emirate in the light of local, regional and international factors contributed to the difficulty of the continuation of the emirate and its fall.
