Abstract

The Saboktagin the real founder of the state Ghaznawi which strengthened corners in his reign, but preceded by efforts in the establishment of the first building blocks and in laying the foundation for this country, and we mean to them those Turks who built his countrymen who topped their business in the tile-Samani, and have had the upper hand in weakening the influence of the Samanids and the establishment of Ghaznavi entity, they are princes military Aibteginah (351-366 AH / 961-977 AD), and the period of their rule of Ghazni, which spanned nearly fifteen years, is the preliminary stage of the state Ghaznawi, and  then the events of their time within the history of the state Samani.
