Abstract

       This research   deals with the  study of introductory analytical manuscript of “ the Dastor al alam bamareft al aelam ” for  Mohammed bin Omar bin azem , Tunisian Mecca" (T. 891 AH / 1486 AD), where touched researcher described and cataloging copy and achieve address, representing the author with an indication of its importance as well as the approach to copyright in the book, and the most important sources adopted to remove it, the researcher also developed a comprehensive and thorough translation of the author, as well as the four historians who have contributed over the centuries in enriching it and care for it until they cast him in the suit current brightly, at the end of a comprehensive study of the conditions of political, social, cultural and economic Mecca in the ninth century and the extent of the contribution of the neighboring Moroccan Meccan life in general, and especially scientific.
