Social Involvement And its Relationship with Self-insight to the Employees.

Abstract

    The social Involvement represents fateful social behaviour consists of three psychological behavior indicators of psychological is belonging، altruism and self-sacrifice and self-insight helps the individual  to understand the  others and the ability to manage new situations in the live
   The present research aimed to;-
1-Measurement of social involvement among state officials
2-Measurement of self-insight of state officials
3-Identify the differences in social involvement  according to the gender variable (male and female)
4-Identify differences in particular of self-insight as gender variable .
5- Identify the relationship between social involvement  and self-insight of  the employees .
  To achieve the objectives of the research the researcher used two measurements: Social involvement scale which built by researcher and Self-insight scale which built by researcher. After applying the two scales on a representative sample of the society amounted to 200 employees. Reached results that research sample enjoys with social involvement for females as well as have self-insight for males and featured the presence of statistically significant correlation between social involvement and  self-insight of the employees And search out a set of recommendations and proposals.
