This paper includes a comparative study about the definitions of proverbs and how it is used to express events and situations which happen between women in two Arabic Countries namely Egypt and Palestine .
The issue analyses the factors of the developments which happened in using proverbs to express relations and opinion about social life, in different situations that happen through woman’s life cycle as a girl, wife, mother, daughter and sister. Finally, the study includes a profound analysis about the different changes in the patterns of life and the increasing dependences in Arabic proverbs and traditional cultural and folklore.
