Abstract

This study aims at clarifying the social characteristics of the guest in the reformer institutions. This research sample consists of (220) guest who belong to Alhair Reformer of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 5% for each category of the guests. The first category is perpetrators of various crimes, the second is special rights perpetrators, third is drug perpetrators, fourth is Alcohol perpetrators, fifth is moral perpetrators, seventh is bribe and forge perpetrators, eighth is assault and murder perpetrators. The method which has been used is a survey, which has come up with the study findings 65.9% which is the majority of the guests in the Reformer are un married people and the educational level for most of them is the intermediate. Furthermore, the study's findings revealed that the age of this group are workers and most of them are working in private sector, and they live in the cities, except for a few percentage which estimates about 20% lives in Bedouins. Further more, the study has come up with the fact that Yemenis represents a higher percentage of guests in the reformer than the others who are not Saudis, then the Egyptian. Hence, the study has showed that there is a relation between the average of the people's income and the quality of work on the one hand, and the type of the crime on the other hand and that there is no relation between the educational level and deviation. These findings have been discussed in the light of scientific heritage literature.
