The research aimed to determine the needs of disabled institutions for volunteers in the United Arab Emirates. The significant of this research is investigating and analyzing the content of brochures and pamphlets issued by (15) disabled institutions in UAE. The most important findings of this research are the urgent need for volunteers in all areas and groups of disabled in the United Arab Emirates. The research also found that there is a weakness in the role of disabled institutions in attracting volunteers. Based on findings of this research the researcher has developed a model of social policy to volunteers with disabilities and an electronic template for the registration of volunteers with disabilities.
