The study is in three pivotal points:
-Conception of  the mourning of wives and its development through literary eras.
-Textual analysis.
-Contextual content and Technicalities.
It has been evident that mourning of wives is a natural phenomenon in Andalusi Poetry. In fact, poets were keen to mourn their wives as a sign of faithfulness and gratitude in addition to the recognition of their favors. They rhymed sorrowful elegies that ignite passions and feelings and point out their importance in the poets lives. Poets too pointed out the bitterness of a wife’s departure as a great social loss.                Such type of elegies is the most sincere and influential within the poet’s psyche. Eventually, the poet expresses his true emotions and passions that burn like fire within himself. This kind of passion stems from a relation that has grown up with time.
