Anxiety Levels in the Mothers of Mentally Retarded children and Their relationship to the care type provided to children

Abstract

This Research aimed to identify the Relationship Between the kind of Care which the mentally Retarded children . And to identify the relationship between some mothers fariables (old- Education- marital case- number of sons) and the level of anxiety on her handicap child.
The research applied on two samples, the first embrace 60 handicap child mothers have institutional care in (taskief elfakry agency in matarya, the second consists of 40 mothers from special needs clinical in national center of researchs in Dokky.
The research used the social anxiety measurement and questioners as a tools of date collection .
The research finds that no significant Differences in Anxiety of all child mothers both who have institutional or family care and there no relationship between mothers variables and her level of anxiety.
