Abstract

This current research tackles with examining the object sentences in Syriac and Aramaic of Targum onkelos, counting on translation text of Torah and the text of Aramaic of Targum onkelos
The research exposes also the conjunctions used in Syriac and Aramaic of Targum Onkelos to link the object to the main basic sentence, and through Syriac grammarians  and western educators of Syriac and Aramaic of Targum Onkelos, exploring as well the extent to which these articles are used and applied in the two texts of study. The study monitors if there is any other definite articles have been found at reading texts.
. It also sheds lights on the possibility of deleting the conjunction (holding) tool from the object-sentence due to the terms stipulated by Syriac grammarians and exploring the difference or convenience in Aramaic of Targum Onkelos with these terms.
. Moreover, the research exposes the role of the object sentence transporting the direct/indirect uttering talk and the conjunction (holding) tools, and the extent to which they exist and likely used in the Syriac and Aramaic of Targum onkelos texts.
