This research throws light on a very important period of the Islamic scientific movement in Egypt during the period of the 1st and 2nd Hijra centuries . the research indicates how important were the transfer of Islamic science and the movement of Islamic scholars to Egypt from all over the Islamic world. Furthermore, it clarifies movements of Islamic scholars from countries such as Hejaz, Iraq , Syria, Morocco and Andalusia to show the important role played by the Egyptian Islamic scholars . The research also refers to living condition, the environment and academic cooperation among the Islamic scholars in those days. This was the period in which sciences of Qur’an recitation , Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad ), Arabic language and literature were well developed .Of the most famous among the Islamic doctrines in those days were the Maliki and Shafe’e sects A summary is provided at the end of research including a bibliography .
