The Educational Talents of Female Teacher-Students in Child Education Major- Ajloun University College, Jordan- from the Point of View of the Cooperating School Headmistresses

Abstract

This study aims to identify the most important educational talents of female teacher-students in child education major at Ajloun UN. College- Jordan from the perspective of the cooperating school mistresses. The researchers used the descriptive way as well as a questionnaire that consists of 46 paragraphs which have been checked for truth and stability and get 0, 82%. The researchers used mathematical averages, percentages and tests for its convenience to the objectives of the study.
The questionnaire has been distributed to the chosen sample of the study which is 62 headmistresses. The results of the study reveal that female teacher-students require certain qualifications or talents  such as using the various sources of planning, examination, teaching practices and the way of investigating students' abilities as a source of information. Planning a lesson, using the computer in teaching and the use of toys and playing within the classroom are considered. In addition to these, students require some talents in their assessment as asking oral questions. According to such results, the researchers recommend the assessment of practical educational programs in the college in light of numbers, qualification and as well as supporting female students within some talents such as: the modern ways of education, the qualified assessment and the qualified use of the educational materials.
