The Problem of Plagiarism and Interextuality A study of Abu Hilal Al – Askari

Abstract

This research talks about the linking idea between some critical, eloquent and inherited issues from one side and the contemporary and critical conceptions from other side; "where we read inheritance by the modern language to make the invented subjects of our old scientist the most clear idea for us, we consider plagiarism the most common inherited issue in our old criticism and the scientists explain it through the demonstration of creative process and its levels which they called or intertextanlity Tanas". This concept was made the scientists as a clear example to interpret the linking relation between the old and modern texts. Al – Askari as a proof and a center on the firmly established role for our old criticism to determine a group of main critical ideas.
The characteristics of this field become clear for him from different resources for example;
- the idea of return to the past and use of the ideas in a creative operation.
- The idea of the conscious and unconscious overlaps between the texts.
- The idea of the inspiration of texts.
- The idea that depends on the poetic field.
There are a lot of other ideas and principles that contribute to the development of modern Arabic criticism.
