Anthropology is known  for its work in places that seem exotic to Westerners. Yet, anthropologists have long been involved analyzing human behavior in Western industrial and business settings. There is no doubt that the status of anthropology in Egypt in terms of its practical role at  different  work  fields -specially non-academic - is quite different from that in Western countries, especially countries that contributed to establish its scientific schools (German-English-American) as an academic discipline, since the nineteenth century.
 This research aims at;
- Uncover benefits of studying anthropology in applied work
- Recognize the importance of human capital in making an active role at  work
- Suggest mechanisms to activate the anthropologist role in the labor market.

The results were based on the field study of  the graduates  of anthropology at Alexandria University located in  Alexandria city. In order to support the depth of the study , the method of case study was applies to thirty cases for their study centrally
The most important results of the present study are:
- The expected patterns of benefit of anthropology graduates – from personal point of view - are endless, but the actual and real benefit has not reached  yet the required level, and  never satisfy the expectations of the specialization members.
