EVALUATION OF THE STUDENT PERFORMANCE OF THE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR IN THE LIGHT OF QUALITY STANDARDS STUDY FIELD IN SOCIAL ANTHROPOLOGY

Due to the importance of university professor and university student "is the focus of the study" This research aims to identify the degree and level of lack of specifications of the university professor "faculty members" from the perspective of students، And determine the level of performance of the university professor in each performance criterion by field from the perspective of students، And to contribute to inform the university professor of the implications of improving teaching performance in the quality of education.
After extracting the results and retrieving them using the statistical program (spss) using the frequencies، percentage، relative weight and percentage weight، The study reached several results، the most important of which is the achievement of the quality of the performance of the university professors in the announcement of his plan and the teaching objectives of each of the materials Which is studying، But found unrealistic methods and did not appreciate the performance of the professor to the extent of acceptance in the method of discussion and reliance on indoctrination، Do not share it with students in different activities، But the criterion of the university professor's relationship with the society was the highest of the other four criteria in terms of relative weight (21.2%)، This confirms that the university professor contributes to the service of the community because it is not the characteristics of the university professor in his tower without integration into society and interaction with him.
