The meaning of this is that the introduction of legal sociology and its methodology in the study is the study of the law as a social phenomenon in terms of its philosophy and objectives, the social context of its publication, the interests it sponsors and the groups benefiting from this law, and the implications of its application, its constitutional principles, All this I tried to study.
