The development of perceived self-efficacy among adolescents With ages (16, 17, 18) years

Abstract

The main problem of the present paper stems from the fact that the concept of preconceived self- proficiency and its role in individuals' life especially at the age of adolescence . the current paper attempts to identify .
 (1) the degree of preconceived  self –proficiency among teenagers whose  ages range from (16,17,18) years old .        
 (2) the statistical significant differences in preconceived self – proficiency among teenagers according to the variable of:
(A) age (16-17-18).                  (B) gender (male-female).
The sample of the present paper consists of (120) students (both male and female). They have been selected randomly amounting to (60) males and (60) female according to the above –mentioned ages.
The researcher has used suitable instrument to measure the preconceived self- proficiency set down by (al-waan , 2011) depending on. group of scales and previous review of Literature . The current subject has been verified by a  group of  experts who have approved its validity and reliability. The researcher has applied it on the sample of the study by using a number of suitable statistical means such as Bilateral difference analysis, T-test foe tow independence samples.

The results show that the sample of the paper has a good level of preconceived  self-proficiency, and they show there is no statistical significant differences according to the variables of age , and gender and they haven't any  interaction between them. In the light of the above results, the researcher has drawn up a group of recommendations and suggestions for farther  readings.
