Abstract

The word environment does not excite in the public mind only where man lives, but trying to identify the elements of this place, which leads to confusion and ambiguity, where multiple and overlap these elements to the extent led some to say that the environment is a word does not mean almost nothing, it is Means everything.
    The environment with its natural elements such as water, air, soil, minerals, energy sources, plants and animals, as well as social, cultural and civilizational elements (constructed environment), which is what all human means, including relationships, institutions, systems, customs, traditions and values.
 The UN Environment Conference, held in Stockholm in 1972, adopted the expanded concept of the environment. Then the environment was defined in this conference on the basis that it is the balance of material and social resources available at some time and somewhere to satisfy human needs and aspirations.
