Abstract

The administrative and financial corruption, in particular, is deemed to be a global and a widespread phenomenon. It has deep roots and comprehensive dimensions wherein different factors are overlapped, thus it becomesdifficult to be distinguished from each other. The degree of its comprehensiveness varies from one society to another. The phenomenon of administrative corruption is one of the most dangerous phenomena the developing countries, in particular, face. It decomposes the body of the decays societies where it is found and paralyzes the construction projects andeconomic development, thus causes the destruction of the economy. Administrative corruption has multiple and various forms, in front of which are bribery, nepotism, favoritism and other matters that lead to damage the public interests and which thus considered administrative corruption.
