The research titled (The Role of women in Voluntary) afield study civil Society organizations The research importance is that it research in the women role in voluntary work and the reasons of failure in voluntary concept that prevent Iraqi women from participate and communicate in concise with these activities that could make it able to employ the new changes of the international society. Also the research aims to learn the importance of voluntary work for the society and the women role in it .theresearcher used the course of social scan in the sample method that were taken from original society represented in (50) individuals . The researcher reached to the most important results as the following : 1.Women confront several obstacles when entering in voluntary work field because of the cultural values dominated patterns in the of traditions and costumes that distinguish between man and women . 2.The level of society conciseness is weak in voluntary work .
