Abstract

Research Aims : Identify the Relationship Between Violence Against Women in the Workplace and the Culture of Family and Professional Achievement                                                                                                           
Research Methodology Descriptive Method  & Comparative Method & Social Survey Method.                                                                                   
Research Tools : Violence Against Working Women Scale & Family Achievement Scale & Professional Achievement Scale .                              
Research Sample: Consists of Simple Random Sample Size of (600) Single from Rural and Urban Women Working in the City of Assiut.                        
Research Results:
-The Research Found that There are Statistically Significant Differences Between the Rural and Urban Sample in the Level of Violence in the Workplace Due to Age, social status, Educational Status, Income Level, Years of experience and living place.
-There are Statistically Significant Differences Between the Rural and Urban Sample in the Level of Culture of Professional and Family Achievement Due to Age, Social Status, Educational Status, Income Level, Years of Experience and living place.
-There is Reverse Correlation Relationship Between Violence Against Rural Women in the Workplace and the Culture of Family and Professional Achievement.

-There is Reverse Correlation Relationship between Violence Against Urban Women in the Workplace and the Culture of Family and Professional Achievement.
