Identify the impacts associated with the disease on the patient and his family. Economic impacts related the cost of medication, and also the capability of the patient to work during and after treatment. Social and psychological impacts that affect the family of the patients as a result of having a patient with viral hepatitis in the family. Socio-cultural impacts, especially the social stigma of viral hepatitis due to the misconception of the disease and the sources of contingency, which affects the social interactions of patients with others. The study is descriptive analytical on a sample of 48 patients with viral hepatitis B&C using in depth interviews. The results of the study found The families of more than a third of sample are affected economically after one of its members was infected with the virus C. The families of five cases were affected economically due to virus B and Half of the study sample was exposed to fear, sadness and distress when diagnosed with B&C virus
