Abstract

The objective of the present study is to reach a vision to alleviate the daily stresses of working women. To achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive approach and used the interview tool to apply a sample of 17 female faculty members and female employees at Kafr El-Sheikh University. The pressures of everyday life of working women, the ways in which working women adapt to daily life and their pressures. As for the concepts of study, the concept of working women, the concept of everyday life pressures, the concept of pressure, the concept of facing pressures, The role of role theory is based on a basic premise: To consider the social structure of society as a network of situations and centers associated with each other in which individuals exercise roles in their predictable and normative nature. The results show that there are several reasons for women to work, including achieving physical independence or self-affirmation, the family's need to improve income, access to social status, and leisure time. Women working in the reconciliation between work and their domestic duties, the return of the working mother after a long day of work, and the length of the number of working hours for female employees, while the working woman faculty member face a lot of pressure because of travel to and from another province, and problems related to work at the university As well as the multiplicity and conflict roles between her work as a university professor and her role as a mother, as indicated by the results of the field study to the most important suggestions for women working for a certain method in the work system and to improve their way of life, including the work of women in the geographical scope and not move from one province to another because You are under pressure to work and have increased workloads, and working hours must be less than one hour or two away from the official deadline.
