Abstract
The research problem is that the subject of the impact of historical geography on the civilizational formation of Tabuk city has not been studied comprehensively about that region. There is a scarcity of what has been written about its history in a detailed scientific manner, as we only find research and articles related to the historical, geographical or civilizational aspect separately. Therefore, the research came to shed light in a scientific manner on the impact of historical geography on the civilizational formation of Tabuk city. Importance of the study: Tabuk has a specificity imposed by the geographical nature and historical dimension, which played an integral role over successive periods of time in creating the civilizational appearance. The importance of the research is embodied in highlighting the vital role of historical geography on the civilizational formation of Tabuk city and the resulting distinction of the region, its historical, geographical and civilizational fame. Study period: We will address the impact of historical geography on the civilizational formation of Tabuk city and its civilizational change throughout ancient, Islamic and modern history. The length of the time period comes as a result of the civilizational formation of peoples being the product of time stages that extend throughout history and are derived from a unique geographical reality. Study objectives:
-1 Study the impact of historical geography on the civilizational formation of Tabuk city 2- Track the civilizational development witnessed by Tabuk. 3-Analyze the historical and geographical dimension affecting the civilizational conditions in Tabuk.
