Objective: The study aimed to demonstrate the role of artificial intelligence in combating cybercrime and its implications for social security.

Methodology: The study followed the descriptive approach, considering it the most appropriate approach for the nature of the current research and achieving its objectives.

Hypothesis: Artificial intelligence tools affect the role of enhancing social security by employing them in combating cybercrime.

Conclusion: The development of the work of security agencies by using artificial intelligence to combat cybercrimes came as an inevitable response to the development of crimes themselves. Artificial intelligence has special capabilities to support law enforcement agencies and security agencies in combating cybercrime. The future of security work is closely linked to technological development, as the great acceleration in modern technology tools is likely to increase the risks that threaten the social security of countries.
Recommendations: Developing the tools of security agencies to exceed this technological development of cybercriminal gangs, and preempting the role of cybercriminals by uncovering their plans before they happen. Providing intensive training for human resources on the use of artificial intelligence techniques and tools. Increasing the size of the financial budgets allocated to artificial intelligence in security work
