This research deals with one of the poets of the Umayyad era, Abu Wajza Al-Saadi, in a study entitled (Abu Wajza Al-Saadi's Poetry - An Artistic Study). It examines the pillars of the poet's collection of poems and requires that it be limited to the poetic image and musical rhythm because they form a prominent artistic feature in the poet's collection of poems. This study was divided into two sections: the first section determined the definition of the poet. The second section was devoted to the artistic study of the poetic image. This research stopped at the rhetorical image of simile and metonymy and the sensory image in its various visual, auditory, olfactory, tasteful, and tactile images. It also examined the musical rhythm, poetic meters, and rhyme about external music, while internal music was scrutinized for contrast, alliteration, and repetition. The results concluded with the most important results with a simple list of sources and references.
