The Reparation in the inheritance of the accident’s dead "An applied jurisprudence"

Abstract

This research has been entitled " The Reparation in the inheritance of the accidents dead", examines the issues of heirs who all died in one incident and need to know the applicant from the late.
It relied on the methodology and the applied approach, and was keen to shorten the writing of the topic, avoiding progression, focusing on the scientific addition for which the research came.
The research has been organized in an introduction and two sections, in the first section: I knew the research vocabulary, I have mentioned how to inherit, and in the second section: I have mentioned the inheritance method at the scholars, and then I followed it in the way I came up with,
This included how to find the share to which the heirs are entitled over the probabilities imposed, calculating the suspended money and dividing the inheritance in case of knowing the series of the dead, as well as in the case of the heirs to divide the inheritance without suspending any of it. The research includes a number of findings, including: finding a working method to complement the work of issues of accident deaths, whether by giving the heirs of assumptions with the suspension of part of the inheritance, or by not stopping when the applicant could not know who was new and old of the dead, and if the heirs were to divide the inheritance.
