Abstract

The current research seeks to reach the relationship between the family, the social cost, and achieving human security, through the use of the descriptive analytical approach, and by designing a questionnaire entitled “The Role of the Family and the Social Cost in Achieving Human Security,” consisting of (28) items, divided into four main axes, which are (the concept of the family , the role of the family, the social cost, human security, the relationship between the family and human security), By applying it to a sample of (150) male and female teachers from the University of Baghdad, the results of the study reached the effectiveness of the role played by the family and the social cost towards human security.
