The study aimed to reveal the reality of the role of security media in educating citizens about the dangers of artificial intelligence and ways to enhance it. To achieve this goal, a descriptive approach was used and reliance on a questionnaire in collecting data. The study was applied to a sample of (869) Kuwaiti citizens, and the results indicated that the reality of the role of the media Security media in educating citizens about the dangers of artificial intelligence was average from the point of view of the study sample, and the approval of the study sample members on the proposed ways to enhance the role of security media in educating citizens about the dangers of artificial intelligence and ways to enhance it was high. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the gender variable, while there were statistically significant differences in their responses due to the educational level variable in favor of those with postgraduate studies compared to those with a lower educational level. In light of the results of the study, the following can be recommended: The importance of holding awareness seminars on the importance of artificial intelligence and how to benefit from it. Holding training programs to enhance the skills required for workers in the field of security media in order to enhance their role in raising awareness of the risks of artificial intelligence. Providing the necessary tools, equipment and software to enhance the role of security media in educating citizens about the dangers of artificial intelligence.
