Turkey has been able to assess strong alliance relations with most countries in the Middle East and its success in playing an effective regional role in the region. This has sought to move this time towards the African continent as a promising continent with many good things. Is due to its desire to have a strong presence in that region, somewhat closer to the Chinese presence, which through its effective means has managed to establish close relations with most of the countries of the continent
