Abstract

The aim of the study: The study aimed to explain the role of the Kuwaiti community police in enhancing national security in light of a theory that shares responsibility.
Study methodology: The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, as it is the most appropriate approach to the nature of the current research and its goals.
Study hypothesis: A theory shares responsibility that enhances the role of the Kuwaiti community in protecting national security.
The results of the study: A theory that shares responsibility that would enhance the realistic role of the security services in protecting national security, through the role of the community police in its correct and legal form, and based on the principle of complete actual partnership without sovereignty to one party on another, and at the same time ensuring an integrated effectiveness of different parties In performing their duties related to preserving and strengthening security in society. The effectiveness of the community police should take place within a legal framework organized for this work, the existence of a complete community awareness of the truth of the concept of full partnership with the security services to enhance security in society, and the existence of an actual application on the ground of the partnership between the security services and society and its members within the framework of a theory that shares responsibility until the effectiveness is achieved The desired.
