The current study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-control among adolescent students in the Al-Qasr district. The psychometric properties of validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of students. In the tenth grade specifically, they were chosen randomly. (442) male and female students responded to the study’s standards. The results of the study showed that the level of emotional intelligence and self-control was moderate. The results also indicated that there was a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and self-control.
