Abstract

The topic of artificial intelligence and its impact on the jurisprudential research industry is considered one of the important topics in our present era, especially since it has become of interest to researchers in various fields, including the field of the impact of artificial intelligence on the jurisprudential research industry. Therefore, this research aims to clarify the concept of artificial intelligence and the jurisprudential research industry, and to address the ruling on using artificial intelligence in writing jurisprudential research and studies, and arriving at the controls for using artificial intelligence in the jurisprudential research industry and the implications of that. The researcher relied on the inductive approach in tracking texts related to the subject, and the analytical approach by analyzing the collected evidence and jurisprudential texts, The researcher reached results, including the prohibition of using artificial intelligence as an excuse for scientific plagiarism or for impersonating a researcher in the jurisprudential research industry, leading to adherence to the controls of the use of artificial intelligence leading to highlighting the positive and fruitful aspect of the jurisprudential research industry, which in turn highlights the legitimacy of using this technology.
