This study discusses ancient pottery and bronze lamps that were found in multiple archaeological sites in Kuwait, and which are now displayed in the Kuwait National Museum. This study presents a brief overview of the Kuwait National Museum, its establishment, its holdings, and its departments, as well as identifying the sites where large quantities of lamps were found, which date back to the Hellenistic period. This study also discusses the linguistic meaning of the word “Siraj” and clarifies its meaning as stated in the Arabic language and other languages. Moreover, The study also shows the numbers of the Hellenistic lamp and its historical development in the Kuwait National Museum, and also discusses the materials which were used inside it.
