Analysis of the linguistic errors contained in the rulings issued by the Jordanian Court of Cassation for the year 2022 AD

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the linguistic errors contained in the rulings issued by the Jordanian Court of Cassation for the year 2022 AD, and to correct them through some models of the decisions of those rulings. The original syntax, so some cases used to accusative what deserves to be raised, and to raise what deserves to be accusative, and these errors abounded in the name of the transcribed letter and its predicate, especially when mediating a noun sign between the letter and its name.

Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended the need to work on establishing training courses in the Arabic language for judges and workers in the judiciary, and this can be done through coordination between the Ministry of Justice and Jordanian universities.
