Abstract

The aim of this research is to achieve a biography that highlights its importance in the history of the activity of foreign missionaries in the Holy Land, and the implications of missionary activity on the religious structure of the Christian communities, and to confirm the organic union between missionary and colonialism, or between politics and Christian religion, and in particular the study of the influence of evangelical missionaries, And an attempt to explain the reasons for the conversion from other Christian denominations to Protestantism. In addition to observing the role of European consuls and their interference in internal affairs and local politics, their intrusion into daily life, and the resolution of disputes between Christian communities under the pretext of protecting minorities who sought protection from the consuls who were a source of strength for foreign missionaries.
