Abstract

The research included twoo sections. The first section included the introduction to Imam Ibn Abi Dam al-Hamawi and his book. He is the judge Shihab al-Din Ibn Abi Dam al-Hamawi al-Shafi’i. He had great morals. He received knowledge from many scholars, and he had several students who took knowledge from him. Many books, then introducing his book, Judicial Literature and its place among Shafi’i books. The importance of the book Judicial Literature for Shafi’i judicial jurisprudence is evident in the fact that it has depicted for us the intellectual dimensions of the theory of proof and what the ruling is based on under the Islamic judicial system. As for the second section, it includes issues related to the method of alliance. Between opponents and includes two issues, then issues of strengthening the oath and includes one issues
