Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the aesthetics of place in the poetry of the Jordanian poet Saeed Yacoub, and the presence of that place in his poetry, whether the Jordanian place or the Arab place. The research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The Jordanian place present in Saeed Yacoub’s conscience appears clearly in his poems as he expresses About a state of love, which is what makes Saeed Yaqoub present to us texts of abundant beauty and full of love, so that places go beyond their geography and geometry to form for us the life of the poet in its various stages and transformations. There were many Jordanian places, such as the city of Karak, Madaba, Al-Mazar, and others, and some Arab places appeared, such as Gaza and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
