Abstract

The international balance between China and the United States is one of the most important regional and international balances in the new international order, particularly the Asia-Pacific region. In addition to the importance of the strategic environment in which the two countries compete, if the South China Sea occupies an important place as a result of the political, economic, military and security capabilities that both countries enjoy, as China considers it part of its territory and is subject to its territorial sovereignty, and its sovereignty may not be violated and exploited in any way. It is trying to play a single regional role in the Asia-Pacific region and prevent America from competing with it And control over the South China Sea as it is a vital economic, commercial, military and security area.
