Abstract

This study dealt with one of the fundamental jurisprudential rules related to precaution - as the researcher made a statement of the truth of the rule individually and in general, and a statement of the evidence related to it in the form of legal texts, fundamental rules and general principles that establish this rule and prove its legitimacy. The study was also concerned with highlighting the role of the rule in Understanding new applications and developments related to contemporary investment formulas, proving that Islamic law is a realistic law that keeps pace with people’s lives and accommodates all emerging issues, in a way that achieves people’s interests and relieves them of embarrassment.
