Al-Bulqini’s jurisprudential choices in his book “Training in Shafi’i Jurisprudence” (Book of Hunting) as a model

Abstract

Imam Siraj al-Din al-Balqini had jurisprudential choices in which he contradicted what was adopted by the later Shafi’is. His book Training in Shafi'i jurisprudence compared to what the Shafi'i school of thought, and the three schools of thought. In this study, the researchers followed the analytical descriptive approach, that is, the researcher begins by presenting the image of the issue according to Al-Bulqini, and shows the opinions of the jurists on the issue, and then explains the reason for the disagreement with the attribution of the verses and hadiths. The structure of the study was formed by defining Imam Siraj al-Din al-Bulqini and his book Training in Shafi’i jurisprudence and his doctrine, and an explanation of the choices of Imam al-Bulqini in the Book of Hunting. At the end of the study, the researcher showed her most correct opinion regarding the studied issues.
